Founder'S Background

Mr. Shiv Dayal Sharma, the visionary founder of Shivakriti International Ltd. With over 49 years of experience in Railway Industry, Mr. Shiv Dayal Sharma set out to create a company that works for development and building of country’s lifeline infrastructure (The Indian Railway). He has started his journey in 1976 as engineer and reached to key position in one of India’s first railway signalling and construction company M/s Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd.
After working for several years in M/s Kalindee Rail Engineers India Ltd. as a key managerial position, Mr Shiv Dayal Sharma noticed gaps & demand in the market for Railway Infrastructure development. Driven by a passion for Railway infrastructure development, he decided to leave the corporate world and build something meaningful from the ground up.
With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Shiv Dayal Sharma has worked in Railway Electrification, Indian Metro Rail (DMRC), OHE and track Broad-Gauging and earned many accolades within in the industry and Indian Railway Board.
